Appropriate for ages 4-7: KG ballet aims at providing the right structure to your kids,which will not only help them in professional ballet training, but also in activities like gymnastics,karate, yoga and other dance forms. We believe that through basic exercises, stretching techniques,jumps etc, we can help mould the bodies of your children, which will act as a foundation in building the right posture for their body. These classes are conducted in a fun and interactive environment,while focussing on every child’s growth.

Ballet Grade 1

Appropriate for ages 8-13: Ballet Grade 1 is an advanced level of ballet training in the Vaganova style. This format aims at inculcating a certain structure and discipline into the young minds, which begins with basic ballet training and then moves on to the core understanding of ballet technique. Students are trained to understand music, improve coordination and movement of their body and learn ballet terminologies, all of which will help them mature into stronger dancers.

Future Artist Program

Training: Vaganova Ballet

The FAP is a program that provides extensive training to kids with a keen interest in ballet and those who would like to be our future ballerinas and ballerinos. This professional course enables kids to incorporate the basics of ballet in their bodies and builds further on their existing technique, polishing their strengths and potential. Kids are also exposed to annual performances, further building their confidence on stage and resulting in an all round development as a dancer.

Students keen on enrolling for FAP need to have a basic understanding of ballet and should have prior ballet training. They will be selected based on an audition conducted by the company directors. Kids could also enrol for the kg ballet classes or level 1 class that the company provides in addition to the Future Artist Program.

Classes

Ballet: Our adult beginners ballet batch is not confined to any age group and is open to anyone who is keen on exploring a new dance form, is passionate about ballet, or is looking for a fun way to exercise and workout your body. Ballet is an excellent workout that helps correct body placement and structure, effectively tones the legs and butt and also builds strength and confidence for one to perform, express themselves and dance their hearts out.

Contemporary Ballet:The Adult Contemporary beginner’s batch is a blend of Cunningham, Graham and release techniques. The classes involve floor exercises, jumps, core workouts, and choreographies, all of which help tone the entire body. This class will help you explore different ways to move your body, including initiating movement from various body parts. This helps in freeing the mind and body and enables you to use the music to move your body to varied tempos and rhythms. Modern contemporary helps in strengthening your body, while teaching you to express, feel and dance to varying emotions, resulting in a wholesome experience.

YAP – YOUNG ARTIST PROGRAM

3 years program
Age Group: We accept dancers 14 years and above, who will be selected based on auditions.

Training: In Classical Ballet, Vaganova style, Contemporary and Modern (mix of Graham, Cunningham and release techniques)

By the end of each program, students will be well educated and on their way to becoming professional dancers who understand how to analyze technique and apply it to their own bodies.They will be well equipped with dance theories, professional knowledge and practical learning of the varying techniques and movement.

SIC
Summer Intensive Course in Seoul, South Korea

Course duration: Two months
Age Group: 17 years and above (video audition required)

Training: Ballet, Contemporary, Modern, Jazz, Improvisation, Yoga, Pilates , Tango, Hiphop, K-pop

etc.

This course is designed for young dancers who want to experience and learn different dance forms

in a short span of time. Dancers can take unlimited classes in any dance form of their choice. Almost

60 classes run every day and all the teachers are highly qualified.

Zumba Zumba is a high powered cardio workout that involves dance and aerobic elements.Zumba’s choreography incorporates hip-hop, samba, salsa, meringue and mambo dance forms and is a fun and highly effective way to burn calories.
Hip-hop Hip-hop dance refers to street dance styles primarily performed to hip-hop music or that have evolved as part of hip-hop culture. It includes a wide range of styles primarily breaking, locking and popping, which were created in the 1970s and made popular by dance crews in the United States. Due to its high energy movements, it is another fun way to get in shape.

Yoga

Yoga means union, union of body, mind and soul. Yoga is a systematic and ancient practice designed to bring harmony, balance and wellbeing on a physical, mental and spiritual level. Yoga uses physical postures, meditation, breath awareness and practical philosophy for living to counter the stresses of everyday life, create and maintain a healthy body and mind and achieve your highest potential. Yoga practices as a way to achieve personal transformation.
